Rules for regulation, formation of maximum prices and markups for medical products
- The formation of maximum prices for the trade name and technical characteristics of medical devices is carried out by a state expert organization on a contractual basis.
- The procedure for regulating maximum prices for medical products within the framework of the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) in the system of compulsory social health insurance
- State regulation of prices for medical devices within the framework of the guaranteed volume of medical care and (or) in the compulsory medical insurance system is approved on the basis of the formation of maximum prices and markups on the trade name and technical characteristics of medical devices within the framework of the guaranteed volume of medical care and (or) in the compulsory medical insurance system.
Regulation of maximum prices for the trade name and technical characteristics of medical devices includes the following stages and (or) activities:

- registration of the price of medical devices within the framework of the State Fund for Medical Assistance and (or) in the Compulsory Medical Insurance System
- formation of the markup of medical devices
